Dartmoor Bakery Terms and Conditions

  • All orders until 20:30 will be processed for next day collection unless otherwise stated in your order notes or agreed on the phone.
  • Your order will be baked and ready to collect the next day excluding Bank Holidays or when the Bakery is closed. 
  • All orders received after 20:30 will not qualify for next day collection.
  • Any orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be ready for collection on the Monday.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to your orders, this includes adding or removing products and cancelling. 
  • Your order will need to be collected between the hours of 10:30 and 13:30 . 
  • We can only deliver orders to our local elderly, vulnerable and self isolating members. 
  • If your order is not collected we will not be able to refund your money
  • If we don’t have the correct items for your order, we will contact you. 
  • Please check your bag before leaving, if you are missing something or you think you have received the wrong order please let a member of staff know before leaving the premise, so we can resolve this for you.
  • To ensure the continued availability of our flour, all customers are limited to a maximum of 3 kg total weight per week, which will be reviewed according to our supply.
